One wrong turn riding my bike to work this morning led me directly to the base of BYU's dreaded heart attack stairs. There was nothing to do but get off the bike, pick it up, and proceed to climb far too many sets of stairs:
Luckily, a passing professor gave me a hand with the last two flights. I would have made it without his help, but I definitely would've been a lot more sweaty!
Oh my goodness! I'm impressed you even tried to carry your bike up those stairs, even more impressed you did it. At Education week I was barely hauling myself up those same stairs. I guess the good thing about having to go uphill to work and school is at night when you are tired you get to go downhill:)

ReplyDeleteYep, downhill at the end of the day is definitely preferred!
