The menu tonight

At the beginning of the semester, I made a goal that will hopefully improve my cooking skills somewhat- to cook for my roommates every Thursday night. So far nothing's blown up in my face, and I mean that literally as well as figuratively... KNOCK ON WOOD.

Tonight's delight is one of Jennifer's recipes. Bean soup, and lots of it! I feel like I'm feeding an army... oh wait, I am.
